What Filter to Buy?

I have a 4 x 6 foot raised fountain that holds 150 gallons. I have 1 koi that is about 6 inches and a half dozen goldfish / baby koi. The pond gets about 6 hours of sun each day. Water hyacinths cover about 50% of the surface and I have a water lily plant, and some floaters. My water has been green for about 6 months. I currently use a Pondmaster 1000 filter and for the most part it kept the pond clear last year. This year has been pretty murky though.

I have been researching filter and uv combos. The 8 or 16 watt fishmate uv filter combo seems like a good choice but I am not sure how the set up would go as far as how to run the hoses, especially since there are 2 outlets. Can anyone that uses a fishmate or similiar product show me or talk me through their set up. Much appreciation for any advice. Thanks
