looks like Heptapleurum arboricola. (parasol plant) A close relative to Schefflera but would need to see close ups of the leaves.
Also looks like it could be a pittosporum variety
Looks like Brassaia arboricola 'variegata' again need a closer picture of leaves to verify.
That is what we call here in Florida "Schefflera". Its part of the Arbicola family.

It's Schefflera for sure, or something in the same family. Tropical plant, also good for interiorscaping.
