When a commercial property manager comes to you ans says " I want verything taken care of" we dont wanna touch nothing? What do you do?

Ok, yea,,bid it,,but,,what all services are you including in this,,and how do you go about estimating something like that?

Decide what you are a professional at. I got caught in this trap about 5 years ago. I still clean thier offices on weedends. SIGH* It gets old. I say focus on what you can do for sure. Tell him the rest if he needs someone for something then let you know because you have alot of contacts. Then you can decide if you want it or not.
