Do you include gutter cleaning? What exactly do you provide?
we blow the leaves and pick up the sticks, anything else is extra, such as mowing/gutters/trimming back beds and so on.
i clean leaves out of the flower beds and the lawn and remove them along with any sticks
blowout the beds, clean up the leaves, the sticks, and i add a final mowing into the price as well, if the yard needs it. so for example a clean up would be 300+65 for a cut 365 for the total.
Normally, lawn and beds only-all debris. If a client wants the gutters blown out, I'll only do it on a roof pitch of 4:12 or less.
i know we all do it different , we do the leaves on the lawn only as a cleanup
we charge extra for beds , roofs if we mulch its a sdditional rate if its striped its a additional rate if its mowe its an additional rate. nothing is included it is all additional
beds, lawn, cutting, plant cutting extra, other services extra.
Charge hourly and include cutting of the ornamental grasses , cutting of dead perennials, picking up all branches, cleaning all beds & shrubs, blow under decks, and pretty much leave it sparkling. We do not do the gutters unless they ask us to do it. We also skip a lot of the details if they are on a budget and give us a time limit on how much they want to spend.
now that i read it like mexiking said it we do it all alson including the roof as a whole job , here a cleanup is just that and most dont care about the details but for our overal price its all done .
blow yard clean of leaves, clean out flower beds, blow deck/patio clear of leaves and debris. mow if needed adds an additional 40+ depending on lot size, any other requests are added on top of that.
