What is safe in a citrus grove?

    I have been looking for a safe pre-em in a producing citrus grove. The only thing I have come across is simazine, at 2qt/acre 2x year, anyone have a suggestion? I want to put down a pre-em and dont want to effect the fruit or trees? I havent read all of the labels, help?
