So. Cal is pretty much how you guys described. I can guarantee it is more saturated than Florida, and the prices are in the property owner's favor. The only real way to be successful is to gear your services towards higher socioeconomic properties.
Stay away from Minnesota.......
Not going to lie, Wisconsin has a good Market in areas but I just wont say where I all am

I spent six months in Indianapolis, IN and from what I saw there the market is pretty good. Lots of work to be done...and the people there are great to work for.
