it also depends on the tube. if its flat, more power, round, you lost about 40mph coming out the blower. ive got a bg 85 (now its a bg86) had it for 3 years now, never had a single problem with it!

The Shindaiwa EB3410 is a very powerful and very reliable handheld blower. I think it's about the most powerful handheld.

Next in line would be the Stihl BG 86, and Maruyama BL3200, but there are hardly any dealers and parts for Maruyama. The Stihl has wide dealer support.

I have the Shindaiwa EB3410. It is a 4 cycle blower. No complain about it. It is supposed to be the strongest. I think the Maru and Stihl BG86 are very very good. One thing to look out, Shindaiwa is like a pound heavier.

For cheap, Husky 125B for $149 and come close to the above three is very impressive.

That's all for big hand held. I don't think the others come close.

Best thing about Shindaiwa is easy start, always 3 pull. AND last but most important, it pull full power right away, no warmup, try that on those 2 cycles.

Hell, my $89 Walmart Ryobi handheld is 200 mph, it breaks you throw it away & get a new one!

But going strong on 3 years now!
