    Hello,

I was mowing my yard and I saw those things around my flower bed (Arizona).

Its seems organic. How to "kill" it and how to prevent it?
    Thank you in advance

Looks like a fungus to me too and it's probably harmless. Lots of things can kill it. Disinfectants like bleach water and rubbing alcohol are a good option if you can treat it without spraying anything desirable.

Fungus will usually come back unless you change the climate though. A common need of fungus is humidity. If you're in AZ you have a lot of control over that.

I personally would not be concerned though.

Ive scraped them out of mulch beds too

If you get them before going to spore it can help control but some spores are in the mulch or air
