quickbooks and a good ol fashioned paper calandar to schedual on. Its only of thoes day runner types I can carry with me. I can see my schedual no matter where I am. I also book no more than 4 days of work per week usually during the busy season. This allows me time to get to the smaller quickie thins like a burned out bulb and also allows for a rain day ect.

I heard grounds kepper works well. After taxes are done I will probably buy that for schedualing.
