Shindaiwa uses a bolt as well. I replace them with M10x1.5 grease fittings and use a gun. You can get grease fittings here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#grease-fittings/=vnjirq

Mobilith SHC 220 right now, but I think SHC 100 might be a better choice for trimmers.
