I am a landowner who mows approximately 6-10 acres of grass a week. The grass is mostly on level to slightly sloped ares with a few obstacles. I am interested in a ZTR with good quality and at a good price. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Don"t know about a "good price" but if you want quality, go for eXmark or Scag.

ExMark's mother company TORO is a better bet! It's simple ask that guys that mow everyday (Golf courses) who has the best equipment - hands down the answer will be TORO
