What kind of PSI do you run in your Lazers (or other Zero Turn mowers)? The reason I ask: we've been running about 25-27psi in most of our tires. The max psi for these tires is 28 psi. I've noticed that a few riders we have with lower PSI have had less tire wear (the tread doesn't seem to wear as fast). Also the ride is obviously a little less bumpy as the tires absorb more of the shock. I haven't really examined the difference in cuts between the higher psi tires and the lower psi tires. Thought I'd get some quick input from you guys to help me along. Thanks for relating any experience, advice wisdom etc...

What does your owners manual say to keep the PSI in the tires set at? I believe most are in the 12 - 15 psi range. The PSI on the tire is put there by the tire manufacturer as a maximum that their constructed tire can hold. It's not there to say that you should be running the maximum.
