Basically, it is all the things you mentioned for my spring clean-up.

I also offer a soil sample overview from a soil sampple that I get either from Fall or early Spring. Usually this gets me a fertilizer application, lime and aerate treatment.

Well it all depends on how much money it looks like they want to spend....if the yard looks ratty then you know right off they just want it cleaned up ...unless a service contract is brought up by you and they don't balk... then you know that they are ready to get with the program$$$$

For the commercials, we usually do a lot and curb sweep. (not with brooms) and for all cleanups, many of them like to have their beds freshened up with a thin layer of fresh mulch for color. This is AFTER ALL the Spring cleanups are complete. Don't leave 'em hangin', or you'll lose 'em! Everybody gets the Spring fever and wants their places done NOW!:)
