What should a commercial bid look like?

    I have the pricing and/or total of the bid but what should an actual typed bid look like! I also have the bid packet from the business.??????????????? HELP just got it and its due this Monday by 2pm!!!

    The bid should tell how many times you are going to mow in each month. As well as any other items such as sprinkler checks, bush trimmings, fertilizing, tree trimmed, flowers, etc. Often the bid package describes all these items. Don't include items in the bid that they didn't ask to be bid. For example flowers and mulch are usually extra.....flowers $25/tray and mulch $3 per bag as an example. Irrigation repair is bid at hourly rate....
