what should I expand into next?

For the past 7 years my company has been doing mowing, trimming bushes, mulch, and snow plowing. This year I am planing on doing some light aeration and dethatching as well. To provide a scope with the size of our business we will be doing between 150-200 homes for mowing this season. I am looking at some options on where I want to expand into next. Here are several of my thoughts.

Pesticide lawn applications. I've looked into licensing for this and it would be about $1,000 for my first year and $250 every year after. I would not be able to get my card until the middle of May, therefore this wouldn't be implemented until 2009.

    Skid steer work.

    Hardscaping patios, walkways, and walls.

Tree work (I've done a few jobs before but nothing much)

    Any other ideas?

I have little experience estimating any of these types of jobs. In addition to the equipment I have for mowing I also have a 12,000 lb dump trailer and a couple stihl chain saws.

What areas have you guys found to be most profitable and easiest to jump into?
