Our lawn mower broke yesterday & we are sure it is a sign from God to hire a Lawn Mowing company! :) What should we expect as a bid? We live in Maryland & have 1/3 of an acre. We would want weekly mowing. Just wondering what we should expect when we get a couple of estimates.... thanks for your help!

I think A+ is on the money. I would do a quick trim around the house as well for the same $35.

That's pretty decent money for about an hour's worth of work. I think I'm in the wrong bidness!! payup

It sounds like good money but remember there is some overhead involved,

Work truck , trailer, mower, weed eater, gas (for mower and truck), and drive time to get to the location. 35 sounds like a good bit of money but it is not all profit.

If it took an hour, it would be more than that. What "bidness" are you in?

generally its a $1 a min up to 60 mins, then its a diff. ball game :waving: some LCO even complain about the $1 per min. and charge $1.50 per min.
