I don't know what the market is like in your area, so it would be difficult to say.

I would definately charge extra the first time I cut, since it has been neglected.

ya i am going to... i dont do weekly invoices i normally do contracts where i get 4 payments soo i just go weekly and get paid monthly..i was thinking to mow it for the next 19 for about 900$ cause 855$ plus 45$ extra for the double mow..
    so about 45$ a cut?

Considering the area in back also, I would say around 60-70n bucks. Don't forget to wear your mask when mowing all the dandelions.
