"All of our Lawn Care Women wear skimpy bathing suits"
Ahhhh Thats great.....
the better it looks , the more calls you will get. if they are black and white printed off your home pc, don't expect big things.
you have to look professional and have something to get their attention. I always have a spring or fall special and new customer discount!

Until I get to your house we charge $60 min.
I created a tri-fold pamphlet on microsoft publisher and had kinkos print me off color copies for .89 cents a copy. Within 2 weeks of passing them out, I have gotten 2 commercial contracts and 1 very large sod job. Make them look professional and youll get good results (from businesses). do something simpler for residential jobs.
You can get things done a lot cheaper than 89 cents a copy. You should look into ordering mass printings off of the internet.
