What is the one tool, not counting mowers, trimers blowers etc., that you just have to have.
For me it is my Leatherman and my cell phone. Leatherman because if it can't be fixed with a Leatherman it can't be fixed and my cell phone because I can do all my business on the road so I can spend more time with the family when I get home.

Well, it isn't a tool, but I can't leave the house without my thermos of coffee :)

My air tank and plug kit.

As soon as I leave it behind I'm sure to pick up a roofing nail. :D

    Tow rope
I probably use mine 15 times per year and it always seems to be needed when I forget it.

I agree w/ the Leatherman and phone. The leatherman does it all, just about. Phone to call when the leatherman doesn't work.
