    @RussellB, I've used a few times. Have yet to get a correct plant id. IN all fairness, I may not have given the app the best pictures, etc.

    Verify that it's not die-back caused by Borers.
    And then a regiment of watering and fertilizer.

    I was thinking possible insect issue too
    Could be caterpillars

    Cutleaf Birch would be it - usually in a weeping form but that one does not. Londonplane Tree ? The leaves on this tree are huge - need to study up on tree varieties - SJessen- I believe.
