I was just wondering what types of mowers everyone is using. I haven't seen anything on this site about Dixie Choppers or Grasshoppers. Just wondering why.

Mostly Ferris (Z's and WB's) and a couple of Toros riders. You will find that as you travel around the coutry, manufacturer preference changes greatly.

Here in the northeast, Scag, eXmark, Hustler, Ferris, and Toro dominate. Grasshopper, Bunton, Lesco, Wright Stander, Dixie Chopper, and others are virtually non-existant.

I use all exmark 48 w/b and 60 lazer. Different areas have different mowers that are the popular buy. By the way if anyone uses dixie's, whats up with the mower i saw at the expo with 2 motors on it!!!!!
