OK This is the place I affectionately refer to as the craphole, a repoed house the bank holds title to. I cut the lawn and some other odd jobs requested by one of the managers, got there to cut this morning and this is what I found. I called the manager and quoted him a price he said go ahead. I quoted him $300 to cut & remove downed timber. I had this done by myself within two hours, just me and an Echo chainsaw, forgot to bring rake with me today so it took a bit longer to clean up smaller branches/leaves  BTW I have an acreage so there was no dump fee included, just cut up & remove

    What would you have charged?

Sounds like you did good.....Banks should pay double regular rate IMO.

I probably would have bid $200.....
