A customer wants me to dethatch, aerate, reseed, and put down gypsum. I was going to first dethatch clean up debris, aerate, then put down seed and gypsum. I have to aerate in order for the gypsum to get into the ground. THe lawn is 12,000 s.f. and the customer is supplying seed and gypsum. I am charging 250 for the dethatch, 85 for the aeration, 25 to put down seed, and 25 to put down the gypsum, for a total of 385. What would you charge for this, have you ever done something like this?

i might be crazy but i would do the areation for 120.00,250 for the dethatch sounds good,The seed seems low. Does that include the seed? Same with thw gypsum.

I will charge $300/$350 for dethatch because you will have to take a lot of junks away. And $100 for aerate.
But that's just me. Good luck!
