I was asked to give an estimate on about a 3/4 acre yard. They want the lawn mowed, edged, blown, and all the bushes pruned and keep the beds clean and presentable. This would be a year contract. Any ideas what to charge per month?

Mowing year round? Number of bushes? Number and size of beds?

Lawn would be $45-$50/wk. Not enough information on the rest.

Because of different areas of the country and different prices it would be hard to price jobs. So

I would propose to do the lawn weekly, your price for cutting.

Porpose to do landscape maintenance on a monthly basis( your hourly charge for the hours needed)
add on some other services to try to upsell more work and divide by the number of months

I don't understand how people can ask what to charge for a LAWN MOW, I don't care what forum it is in. The top of this page says "Lawnsite - PROFESSIONALS Growing Together." This is the most basic thing in the world.
