    OK here goes...

7 acres at 2 locations that include a large house, large guest house and a large business building. There is roughly 200 trees and 2,000 ft of chain link to deal with. There are also beds and retaining walls, wooded garden fence and ivy to keep trimmed up.

What's your price if you did it alone? How long do you think it would take with your equipment and be specific about the equipment.
  2. With Just me and my ztr bout 10-12 hrs charging $30 hr.
i don`t know what u guys charge in the states but here in rural ontario that would be a good estimation for price.

Alone, i would charge $440 and it would take me 8 hrs. with a 48" wb and velkie and weekly trimming. I assumed that the trees had circumfrence of 10' for a total of 2000' of beds.

 Maclawnco, your about where I would be price wise, but I think you will be closer to 12 hrs counting trimming and clean-up even if it is fairly open and easy mowing. With the info given I would be about $450 @ 8+ hrs using a 62" ztr including trim and clean-up. Not saying you can't but if you can, great, less time more money:) JMHO Marc

Envy lawn service need more info for a more accurate bid.

ok, sorry, I inserted foot in mouth...

If I did that on my own with the 52" Stander, it would probably take about 6 or so hours with trimming if it was at one location, now add in the fact that you are going to two locations, hence drive time and inconvenience. I would really have to look at them but I would go in at about $500 maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less if I was doing the fert and chemicals.
Basically, if I am going to use up close to a day (8 hours) between two properties, I need at least $500 if I am by myself.

I come in at about $300. It all depends on how far the houses are from each other. About 5 hours time with 72" ZTR. Again it all depends on if I have sidewalks to edge and blow off. Just cutting and triming $300/cut.
