What would you guys charge for this?

    No mowing, no big equipment with rigs. Just this kind of stuff and regular cleanups. And we do alot of decks as well repairs and staining.

    I also price jobs like this, with lots of brush and rocks, fairly high not only because of the time and work but in my area...Copperheads. They won't move generally but coil up. Was blowing out some leaves a couple weeks ago then scalping a lawn. My guy calls me over to this area by the pool pumps and filters and there were 3 of them all coiled up. So we stopped blowing in that area and told the customer why. Each vile of anti-venom is $4000 and you need 2 treatments.
