I have this customer that is getting a big addition put on the back of his house. He asked me not to cut the back yard while this is being done. He is a very good customer and I get alot of extra work from him besides just cutting. I am going to continue to cut the front yard but it is not that big at all. Do i charge him the full amount or not?

I'm with Bobby on this one. Although his comparison is not much better. If you have a contract, he should continue to pay the full price because you are still coming out and performing the service. In fact, it may be a little more difficult because you will be working around the construction guys and their equipment, trucks, etc..

If he's not on a contract, then you may want to adjust your price. But like it was said, if it's already at or near your minimum price, then you need to decide how much you want to make sure you keep this customer happy.
