Is that one 5 acre property or total acreage for a handful of lots? Assuming it's one lot, a 60" mower will be good. Depending on the terrain and obstacles, it should take around an hour to mow that, not including trim. I don't know what brands you have near you, but just about any commercial ZTR will be good. Around here, Bob-Cat is one of the less expensive brands, but the local dealer buys a truckload at a time, cash, and gets a good deal, which he passes on to the customer. I think Husqvarna makes a decent mower for not a bad price.

Mostly what matters is dealer support over brand. Talk to other lco's and find the best dealer in your area. Go there, demo a few brands and models and then make your decision.
