called to order up a toro 52" 3000 today.
Decided I wanted the 3000 with carb kawi vs the 5000 efi kohler. Due to I thought the kawi would have more power.

I was told they are out of them.

I'm about ready to sell my current mower but am in no hurry I guess other than I'd like to get it in before the end of the year.

should I possibly wait till December to try get a 2020 model? maybe different engine options????

I'd go with efi. The difference in displacement isn't big enough to overcome the performance increase efi has over carbed. You'll probably save a few grand in fuel over the life of the motor as well.
Very few hours slated for this machine.
Just who said efi hets more power?
The carb is over 100cc bigger.

Be careful with the Koehler EFi engines, they don’t have a good track record
