It really is up to you. We are attempting a salary structure for the year. My company consists of 3 full time employees which are supplemented by part timers when needed. The part timers are paid hourly. The rest of us draw a salary every week. This salary stays the same through out the year. If we exceed our production goals and there is something left over after normal operating expenditures then each of us will get a christmas bonus. This bonus is what motivates us to hump it a little harder when we are tired. The size of the bonus is based upon the money left in the account. The more money the better.

I would have to agree it depends on you. I am actually hoping NOT to work this winter doing snow removal, but it depends on the winter whether or not I will do it.
