Fall & winter, no one is buying then.
The End of the seasonI am constantly looking through the market place, craigslist, and ebay and I notice that there aren't that great of mowers out there for sale at this particular moment. I interested in getting a Scag 36 Walkbehind used because my budget isn't cut out for a new one. So what do you think, what time of the year do you see the best deals or best mowers for sale?
The End of the season
There seems to be some consensus that you should buy in the off season ... I agree !!Fall & winter, no one is buying then.
Hopefully we will see some good deals this fall, Can you really negociate on the MSRP or do just negocaite how the payments are made amount wise? Thanks AndyNormally the best time from a buyers perspective would be when the equipment is not in demand which would be end of season or winter. However, my dealer told me yesterday that his business is down over $100k so far this year so, I would say get yourself a new mower now. You should be able to negotiate a very good deal. Tony
