When is too late for planting fescue in NC

    I swore I wasn't going to do it but I think I'm going to have to go w/fescue at least 1 more yr. When is too late for planting in the NC area? I really can't get that motivated w/the lack of water, (drought from hell). Thanks

    Now is prime time...that is as long as your customer is willing to go out every night after dark and water the whole yard by hand. Just like you guys probally are, we are at stage 3 restrictions, which for those of you who are not restricted right now means no watering at all and considering limiting indoor water as well.
