When to plant roses

    I have a customer that is wanting to know if she can plant rose bushes now or when would be the best time for that.

    Roses tend to get a lot of winter die back. I prefer the spring, others will tell you different. A rose with its roots and soil well established in the ground before the winter comes through it that much better in my opinion.
