i got stuck in one of my customers yards, wednesday. i pulled out my 150' rope that's 5/8th stable braid and rated for 16,800lb breaking strength tied it to the back of the mower, then tied a loop in it and hooked it around my pintle put my truck in 4low but didn't lock the hubs so it stayed in 2wd and put the truck in drive and idled my mower out it was down about 6-7inches. that was when it initially sank. no calling anyone, and i didn't wanna drive on the customers lawn either. then i have another 100ft rope that's rated for over 20,000lbs of breaking strength so hopefully i don't get stuck much over 250ft away from the road or customers driveway, but this is only the 3rd time i've been stuck in 10 years so i'm doing pretty good.
