    Never seen someone fall off a mower due to being pepper sprayed....he might not have been pulled over had he not been chugging going down the road as the cop passess

    Years ago, we had an old guy that lived down the road. He used to drive his tractor all over the place, because he lost his license. You would always see him up at the drug store buying his case of beer (he would put it in his cart), or it would be parked up at the local tavern. :laugh:

    not sure why he said it that way, but it's illegal to operate ANY motorized vehicle of ANY kind while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, even in your own yard. guess that would lead to his cutting grass statement.

    Actually it depends on the state law and what legal limit they have. Some states don't have DUI's applicable on farm equipment others prosecute for riding on a bike, while some countries have arrested guys in wheel chairs. Some have lower limits just for commercial vehicles.
