When you lay brick edging,...

    do you cut and clean an edge and grade the bed perimeter, or just lay the brick without cutting?

    The brick has to be at a specific hieght in relation to everything around it... if one side is mowed, then the brick has to be just and inch or so above grade on that side... if you don't bother grading for correct placement of the brick, then it can not be a professional job...
