    And can't follow instructions...

Heck, I have people emailing me, calling and approaching me on the job sites. Even had a guy working for another company approach me when I was at the gas pumps. There's plenty of people out there looking for work, and don't exclude the ones who have little to no experience. Sometimes it's better to train someone new to the industry than trying to break an experienced person of their bad habbits.

Try posting on a 2 or 4 year college electronic job board or in their jobs office. Students need jobs, they can work part-time or go to school at night work with you durring the day. You'll probablly pay better than anything else they have up there because most of those jobs don't pay anything. You might actually be flooded with applicants. ASU had a job for a mower operator at some golf course up on their site not long ago.

Go out to eat at local Mexican reserant and ask the manager or owner if he knows anyone who needs work, you will get at least two workers the next day.
