Son and I are just starting out and have been unable to have someone give me a quote on insurance.

Can anyone give me an insurance company to contact? We are in New Jersey.

    Thank You

Don, we use Nationwide cause we work in NJ and PA. PAPS suggested Bollinger ( I think they bought out my old insurance carrier, Selective Ins.), but they don't cover PA, so that's why I switched.

Bollinger/Selective is a great insurance co for just NJ. Hope that helps.

Just got a quote on $300,000 gen liab and $7,500 in theft ($5000 stated for mower and trailer and $2,500 nonstated for trimmers, back packs, hand tools). Quote was $500 per year with $125 down. AO Wing was the Ins co.

Well since you live in Jersey you already painfully know that alot of ins companies dont like to write business there. ERIE might write there but I' not sure. They have an appetite for smallbusinesses and they give excellent service and price. (Trust me I know since they were a major competitor of an ins company I used to work for)

I bought 1.2 mil business liability all risk coverage for $500
The commercial auto on 1 truck for $500...I forget the exact limits but they're more than adequate
