Which logo?

Here are two of the logos I have to choose from. I have more selections but these are the two I want to start the thread with.

Of these which one would you pick?

Hmm.. I'm not so sure that I like the green box around the first one, but I think the second one is a little harder to read.

 

i like the second one, but the colors have to have more contrast, hard to read with the colors so close .

 

I like #2 also maybe a little lighter and darker on the two colors

I like the 3rd one of your first post most.

 

My background is corporate design and have worked on many corporate identities in the past few years.

THe trick to final decision,-- You need to see a version of each logo as a black and white. There will be times that you will have to drop the color and go black and white. Choose from there!

I personally like to overlapped and the last one posted.
