    DC silver eagle (25 hp generac 50" cut) or Scag tiger cub (23 hp vanguard 52" cut):confused:

    Of the 2 you mentioned, I'd go with the SCAG.

    Scag, but I would like to see 25 hp for a 52" cut. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it (extra hp).

    Scag, if in budget 23 hp kaw or 24 hp honda, although briggs good too, better resale if you ever need to sell. Good luck.

    I'd also flip out the extra for the 23h Kawi, but the Vanguard will
    do the job.
