I am asking for a little help. I left a 25 year career 2 years ago an went full time in the lawn maintenance business. Perhaps I have the cart before the horse but I am tired of fighting Quicken to handle all the monthly billing, expenses and all the rest., I am looking at Groundskeeper pro, or gopher. A little input as to which is the more user friendly of the two would be greatly appreciated. I have about 200 customers from weekly, to quarterly.

There area quite a few softwares in the market for lawn and landscape professionals. All of them offer demos, so try them out. For billing and transferring to an accountant, many offer the ability to work with Quickbooks. And many have PDA capabilities to minimize paper loss with crews. Just try them out until you find one that fits your needs.
