I am looking at a few small zero turns that are available in my area. I need to know if they have a nice cut, if they bag well, and if they scalp often.

Hustler 36" sd. This is the only one with anti-scalp rollers.
    Bobcat 36" fastcat.
    Dixon 34" black bear.

Also, could you tell me around what prices each would be with a bagger?

I am not going to be much help, because I have no experience with any of those brands, but why are you looking for suck a small Z? I would think you would be better off getting a small walk behind. It would be cheaper and later down the road you could get a larger Z and keep the walk for gates:confused: Just go hydro and get a velke/sulky.

One more thing, pretty much any commercial mower is going to be fine. You should probably shop dealers more than mowers.

I need a ztr over a walk behind or stander because I will mostly use it to bag. When dethatching, I have to dump commercial mowers almost every row to prevent them from over filling.
