Who hires you the most? Who do you deal with more?
Depends on the house. Usually there is one person that deals with the outside stuff. Sometimes that is the wife, sometimes the husband, sometimes the kids, sometimes the president, or secretary, or manager, or whoever.
Her. Many of my customers are single women, they're usually the best ones too. Come to think of it, all but one of my customers I deal with the woman not the man, well, they were the ones who contacted me so thats who I deal with.
Every Commercial Property Manager I deal with is a woman? Can anyone tell me why there seems to be very few men in that occupation?
On smaller commercials ei. fast food ..Its the managers ..mainly men.
The few residential we do it is the wife.
Her-..... and because her husband is too busy working.
It's funny, now that you mention it....
In many cases, it's her, but in all of those, that it's him, the reply is STILL always. "Let me run it by her, and see what she says."
Her-because most of the time she is the one running the show.
That's what I was thinking.
But who signs the check? LOL
For the lawn work it seems that I deal mostly with women but for any tree work I always end up talking with the husband. I really don't care either way as long as payment is received in full.
