I went into my local Ferris dealer last week and ordered a 36" hydro.(my first mower) They told me it would be in this week. Well, I called to see if it was in yet, and the store manager said "It's not here. I talked to Ferris and something has caused a 10 day delay. It'll be another week and a half." A HUGE bumer. Really pissed me off. But the guy wasn't finished. "So I called the local distributer, and he'll have you a demo here tommorow." And the next day, I picked up my loaner. The real kicker is that in my lifetime, I have spent exactly $0.00 at that store. That's what I call customer service!
