Why in the heck.....

    They put a man on the moon, they put robots on Mars, heck they even can make a womens breasts larger, but why in the heck can't they make a recoil rope that won't break?

    Because they don't get any more money if you don't have to buy another rope. . .same reason breast implants only last for a few years.

    I hear ya. I got tired of paying my dealer $4 for a length of it and just bought a 30' roll of polypropylene.

    they do make a recoil that doesnt break its called electric start...:p

    Breast implants last longer than a few years.

    I had mine replaced the beginning of the year since I snapped it...they put one on that has like almost a clear coat of something on it so that it doesn't fray or anything....mower starts in one pull.
