Or do you have to go 8 ft to fit a 72???
will fit fine
when i first saw this topic i was expecting a complete newbie member. then i clicked the link and was shocked to see four season asking this question.
anyway, since im here. id bump up to a 8 or 8.5' wide trailer. my previous employer who had a 7x20 trailer with 2 52'' and 61' mowers and it was a pain in the butt. always crawling over mowers because the trailer wasn't wide enough to walk around in. get at least an 8' wide if you can.
well I knew it would be close. The issue is the driving part would be easier, at 8 ft youve got some more backing up work to do and remembering to pull out the mirrors.
Ill be on year # 2 this spring with my 7 foot wide enclosed trailer...I might make it one or two more years before I get tired of crawling over or around crap before I have to go buy an 8 foot wide
yeah thats the general thing Im hearing, not much good about the smaller trailers. Just have my reservations about draging an 8 everywhere.
It'll be a total pain trying to get trimmers ect off the walls when the mowers in there, but then again the narrow trailer makes manuvering a lot easier. I put 60" z's in my 7x14 and it was a tight fit.
My 52" with the blower on the side fits pretty well between the cables of the 7.5x14 but I hope to upgrade some day to an 8.5 Always trying to climb over stuff. Some times I catch the cables. Have two mowers I'm thinking going 16 ft Since its also my garage. Plus Leaf blower, Push mower an extra garbage can, Leaf extension.
