    Hmmmmm.. I have a customer that is interested in getting a windmill palm tree installed in her house..

    I called around and these things are expensive!!!!

    $1000 - 1200 for an 8ft in a wooden crate that has to be lifted with a forklift!

    Now, I was wondering how much you guys would charge to do this sorta thing?

    Installation = $300?

    I called around it came out to $1150 for the tree and delivery to the curb.. I have to rent a pallet jack to lift it up and bring it in her house!

    $300 too little, or should I charge more?

    The people that are deliverying it you should ask how much they charge to plant it. I would say between $300 to $500 would sound fair though

    Like tiedeman said, i would see how much those people delievering it to the curb would charge to put it in the house. Maybe it would benifical to have them move it in the house and they you do the final fixes, and still charge the customer , kinda like contracting it out

    Sounds like a good idea, I already tried that lol

    They told me once they have to lift the tree up, they stop at that point and you're on you're own..

    They deliver right up to the curb, thats it..
