    Now that winter is getting here and things are slowing down what do you guys do when your not working besides family activities. I work on equipment some but I try not to do much of that in the winter anymore. I play on the internet, study more on excavating, a little remodeling, watch tractor and truck pulling videos, and things like paper work. I'm also thinking about things I need to do in the spring on the farms and to attract more skid steer work. It would be nice if Santa left me a new trackhoe and a CTL for Christmas. :):cool2:

    I always seem to be busiest in the winter! I don't know why, maybe they can't find anyone stupid enough to work. Really though, here the last several years the weather has'nt been that bad for the most part. If it slows down, I have a shop to insulate and organize, and several trucks to fix-up and paint. As well as the never-ending honey-do list. and some home improvement projects.

    All of them here push snow... gets so bad sometimes the big guys cotnract with the city and towns to haul snow during the night with trucks a big pay loaders... gets real big around here... but I do see a lot of guys trying to kep busy during dirt work depending on the weather....
