Best was to reserve the leather on your boots is with mink oil. Buy a can and apply it with an old rag. It preserves them, waterproofs them, and they look brand new after your do them. I wear chippewa loggers and the oil always makes them look nice even after they get scuffed. Posted via Mobile Device
In your edging pictures it really looks like it is crooked bad if not no big deal.... Try to flatten the transition from the bottom of your edge back toward your plantings. Then it won't look so filled in at the point It meets the turf. You can barely make out the shaping for the filled in look.

New shirts and sweat shirts!!! Gonna pic up some misc. for the season tomarrow gas cans, shovels, rakes and another wheel barrow. Stupid stuff that seems to break every year. Also need to get the hydros looked ailt on my scag have a slight leak somewhere in the lines.
If you bought them at redwing, take them to the store at least once a month. They will oil them and clean them and throw on new laces everytime. That's what I do and it's quick and easy Posted via Mobile Device

Hey guys not much going on here been extremely busy with snow and finally got into the shop working on mowers and such. I slimed my scag tire and added this striping kit i had off my 50" lawn tractor. I have some big plans for 2014 which includes adding a diesel pickup and hopefully another trailer
Hey guys been away for a while took the leap to become a vol. firefighter for my town so ive been crazily busy but im back with pics. Did close to 150yds of mulch this year and did some light dirt work as pictured with the t750 bobcat also picked up my first big maintence account on a pretty big estate as pictured house sits on 2.5 acres and has 150 trees shrubs and plants that need to be maintained... Aquired this account due to a hack and pack service who completly trashed this guys landscape. They cut way to low left clumps and never cleaned up. Went in thatched and seeded the lawn in 3 weeks shes back nice and healthy thanks to irrigation and rain!
Also for you fire guys reading heres pics of our two trucks one is a 1997 pierce lance setup as a squad truck and our rescue truck is a 2001 international 4300 with a e-one body and will burt light tower
Congrats on the volley spot. I've been a full-time firefighter/ paramedic for a little over 3 years and it certainly does help with the schedule doing the landscaping. Congrats again and be safe, and keep up the quality work.
