Does anyone use a work order form or something in that regards to keep track of cleints and what thye need to have done. I am looking for something that has client name/address/phone/etc. Then maybe like when the contact was made and work discussed, possible due date... Just some different things like that. I am going to try designing my own, and will be happy to share when finished. But I was hoping to get some ideas if there were already some out there. Thanks for the help.

    Nothing signed...no work done.
We use work orders/estimate sheets for one time services or full blown proposal and acceptance forms for ongoing work.
If nothing is signed good luck if the customer decides not to pay.
Been to court twice collecting from deadbeats and both times the judge made a point that without a signed agreement it is all hear say!
